SAHCI DOT Training


To complete this training course and receive documentation of training completion the following must be completed:
  • View the SAHCI DOT Lecture, SAHCI DOT Powerpoint, and HAZMAT Transportation Security Awareness Training Module
  • Print and complete the SAHCI DOT Exam and the HAZMAT Security Module Test (be sure to legibly print your name, date, institution and email address)
  • Fax the completed tests to us at (815) 485-4433

The tests will be graded and the certificates along with the graded tests will be emailed to you.

PLEASE NOTE:  There will be a charge of $50.00 per Certificate (please include billing
                            information)
                            SAHCI Clients will be billed $25.00 per Certificate
